- Cell/email notices:
- When the assignor publishes assignments, the system sends notifications out to all officials with assignments (games). You can either set the system up to send you an email per batch of assignments or one per game. If you set it up to receive an email per game assigned, you can accept games by replying to the email with only the word “accept” in your reply. For more info please visit https://support.gameofficials.net/kb/article/help-for-officials/accept-decline-games-via-email
- You can be notified of assignments via text message. To take advantage of this free feature, enter your carrier info and phone number. Choose what alerts you want to be texted about. You can also accept games via text message. For info on how to do that visit https://support.gameofficials.net/kb/article/help-for-officials/accept-decline-games-via-mobile-device

- My Availability:
- You should see a calendar. To edit your availability you only need to input when you are available. The system automatically assumes that an official is unavailable if there is not input. You can still input your Unavailability into the system (might be helpful if you have a firm deadline for when you must be done by).
- To edit your availability (or unavailability) click on the day you want to edit, a box will pop up and enter the info for that day. You can set it to be available all day, or from a certain time to a certain time.
- Let’s say you have a your own game to play from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. You can enter yourself as available from 8:00am to 11:30am then enter yourself as available from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- The system is very picky about overlap of availability and unavailability. If you have any issues contact Austin Otto.
- Check the home page of the LPSC gameofficials page to see when Sunday games are.
- You can easily check and edit your existing entries in the Existing Availability section just below the calendar.

- My Preferences
- You can block working for certain teams if you have a conflict or possible conflict of interest (brother, sister, child or you play on the team!).
- Click add new game conflict
- Select the appropriate league and team (use ctrl+f to find your team)
- If you want to be listed as unavailable for this game (because you want to play in it watch it or you have to coach it) select the block availability box. This will automatically set you to unavailable any time the team is listed to play. The system will only have LPSC and SSA (for SSA U13 and younger) HOME games in the system. You will have to manually manage all away games.
- Click add new game conflict
- You can also select to block all of a certain age or level. Use this feature to block you from availability from a certain age group you don’t want to officiate.

Joe Smith is an assistant coach for the SSA River Cats, a U10 Boys team playing in the Land Park Cup Tournament. He wants to avoid a conflict of interest and wants to block himself from refereeing any U10 Boys games. So he selects U-10 SSA and Male and clicks save. He will now be blocked from working all U-10 SSA Boys games for the tournament.
